Ticket Exchange

NMSO patrons may exchange their Classics or Pops concert tickets into other scheduled Classics, Pops or Symphony Under the Stars concerts held during the same season.  Please see Exchange Restrictions below.

Patrons have three options for exchanging tickets:

In Person: Bring the tickets you wish to exchange to our Box Office at 4407 Menaul Blvd. NE (just east of Washington). We’re open Monday-Friday, 9 - 5.

Mail: Write VOID on each ticket you wish to exchange and send them, with a note indicating the concert you wish to exchange into and your daytime phone number, to NMSO Box Office, PO Box 30208, Albuquerque, NM 87190. If we are unable to meet your request for any reason we will call you.

Fax: Tear the tickets you wish to exchange in half, photocopy the halves, and fax the photocopy to us at 505-881-9456. Include a note indicating the concert you wish to exchange into as well as your daytime phone number. If we are unable to meet your request for any reason we will call you.

Note: New seats cannot be assigned or held until we receive your original tickets or a faxed copy of your destroyed original tickets, along with your payment if upgrade charges apply.

Exchange Fees
Subscribers pay nothing for exchanges. Patrons who purchase individual tickets but do not subscribe to a Classics or Pops series pay $3 per exchange transaction.

Exchange Restrictions

• Ticket exchanges into Symphony Under the Stars concerts will be ticket for ticket. Face value will not be applied for multiple ticket exchanges.
• Table seats at Symphony Under the Stars concerts are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges may be restricted due to limited availability.
• There are no exchanges into special concerts or The Nutcracker.
• Exchanges out of a concert must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the concert. Due to our high volume of ticket sales, exchanges cannot be made at the concert hall box office on the day of the concert.

All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. However, patrons may exchange tickets or turn them in as a tax deductible donation.
