Subscriber Ticket Exchange Policies

NMSO subscribers may exchange any of their season tickets into any regular subscription concert or Symphony Under the Stars, subject to availability. They may even exchange between Classics and Pops series concerts. Benefits, chamber orchestra, and special concerts are excluded from ticket exchanges.

You may exchange tickets in one of the following ways:

Mail us the tickets that you wish to exchange along with a note indicating which concert you would like to attend. Our mailing address is: P.O. Box 30208, Albuquerque, NM 87190-0208. If you provide enough advance notice, we will mail you the new tickets. Otherwise, they will be available at the will call window at the concert.

Write VOID across the ticket, or tear it in half, and fax a copy of the destroyed tickets to us at 881-9456, including a note indicating which concert you would like to attend. If you provide enough advance notice, we will mail you the new tickets. Otherwise, they will be available at the will call window at the concert.

Bring your tickets to the NMSO Box Office at 4407 Menaul NE (north side of Menaul at Washington) and we will handle the exchange in person. We are open Monday thru Friday 9-5 pm.

New seats cannot be assigned or held until we receive your original tickets or a faxed copy of your destroyed original tickets, along with your payment if upgrade charges apply.

If you are exchanging out of a particular concert, you must do so by 5 pm Friday of the concert weekend. Due to our high volume of ticket sales, exchanges cannot be made at the concert hall box office on the day of the concert.

TICKETS RELEASED AT THE CONCERT HALL BOX OFFICE PRIOR TO OUR CONCERTS WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO THE NEW MEXICO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.
