Subscriber Ticket Exchange Policies

Exchanging your New Mexico Symphony Orchestra season tickets is quick and easy!

You may exchange your NMSO season concert tickets for any other NMSO concert, (excluding our “special” concerts: Star Wars, Garrison Keillor, Nutcracker and Van Cliburn).

Exchange your tickets in the way that is most convenient for you:

• Drop the tickets you would like to exchange in the mail, with a note letting us know which concert you would like to attend. If you are a 7-concert, 4-concert, Sunday Matinee or Koncert 4 Kids subscriber, please include a check or credit card number as you will be charged $2 per ticket exchanged. We will mail the tickets back to you if time allows, or leave them for pick-up in your name at the will-call window at the concert.
OR
• Write VOID across the ticket, or tear it in half, and fax a copy of the destroyed tickets to us at 881-9456, enclosing a note indicating which concert you would like to attend. If you are a 7-concert, 4-concert, Sunday Matinee or Koncert 4 Kids subscriber, please include a credit card number as you will be charged $2 per ticket exchanged. We will mail your new tickets back to you if time allows, or leave them in your name at the will-call window at the concert.
OR
• Bring your tickets to the NMSO office at 4407 Menaul, NE (one block east of the stop light at Washington, on the north side of Menaul) and we will handle the exchange in person. We are open Monday thru Fridays 9-6pm.

• Check this page often as online ticket exchange will soon be available!

New seats cannot be assigned or held until we receive your original tickets or a faxed copy of your destroyed original tickets, and payment if upgrade charges apply.


NEW SUBSCRIBER POLICY

Beginning August 1, 2005, a $2 exchange fee per ticket will be applied to EACH Ticket Exchange Transaction for all 7-concert, 4-concert, Sunday and Koncert 4 Kids subscribers.

11-concert Classics and Pops season subscribers
enjoy FREE ticket exchanges year round.

To help serve you better at concert time, all exchanges for the 2005-2006 season MUST be made by 5pm, the Thursday before our weekend concerts.

Due to our high volume of ticket sales, NO exchanges will be made on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays of a concert weekend.


TICKETS RELEASED AT THE CONCERT HALL BOX OFFICE PRIOR TO OUR CONCERTS WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO THE NEW MEXICO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.
