Sponsor a Symphony concert!

A sponsorship with the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra supports a precious musical resource and contributes significantly to Albuquerque's economy. It is not simply a charitable gift. Concert sponsorship allows you to show yourself as a supportive corporate citizen and provides an excellent opportunity to make your product or service visible to a targeted, buying segment of the community, one with high discretionary spending capacity. The NMSO will work closely with you to maximize the value of your sponsorship.

The NMSO is an educational, musical and cultural resource for the entire state, enhancing the quality of life for all New Mexico citizens. NMSO is also an over $4 million business. Not only does the orchestra itself generate full-time jobs and spend money in the community on goods and services, but NMSO's audience spends money locally. That spending creates even more jobs and generates significant income to local residents and revenue to state and local governments. When arts organizations like the NMSO thrive, it makes Albuquerque an attractive location for new businesses. Strong arts organizations enhance the quality of life for employees and indicate that the local economy is healthy.

The New Mexico Symphony Orchestra is the state's only full-time professional orchestra. It performs more services for more people than any other performing arts group in New Mexico. Besides the Classics and Pops Series concerts, the orchestra presents free concerts every year in local community centers and senior centers, at the Civic Plaza and the Rio Grande Zoo. Annual education programs, free to schools and students, take musicians and docents into all 86 Albuquerque and Rio Rancho public elementary schools with programs for first, second and third graders, reaching 18,000 students. Each year six youth concerts reach 11,500 fourth graders and four concerts reach 7,000 fifth graders. In all, over 130,000 adults and children are entertained and enriched by the NMSO each season.
